I offer grounded, healing journeys using the natural medicines of Kambo, cacao, nutrition, and breath-work, supporting health, clarity, and transformation.
Breath Work (Pranayama)
Pranayama is the conscious control of the breath, our vital life force. Through specific breathing techniques, we slow the breath, anchor into the present moment, and bring calm to the mind. Above all, pranayama helps us access the full capacity of the lungs and support healing throughout the body.
Kambo

Kambo is a secretion from the monkey frog, native to the Amazon basin. It contains a potent blend of peptides, short chains of amino acids, the building blocks of protein, that work deeply within the body.Once applied, Kambo travels through the lymphatic system and enters the body’s receptor sites, helping to release and flush out accumulated toxins and stored waste material at a cellular level.Kambo is intense and fast-acting. Treatments typically last 1.5 to 2.5-hours, and include sananga and hapé, as part of the cleanse. Before application, you’ll drink around 1.5 litres of water. Kambo is then applied to small burns on the skin, known as gates. The number of gates varies per person. As Kambo moves through the body, the peptides activate different systems, creating a variety of sensations. Nausea and discomfort are common as the body prepares to purge; a key part of the cleansing.Contact Cath for more information or to book a 1:1 session. I also work with small groups up to 5 participants.
Cacao

Since ancient times, cacao has been revered for its powerful physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. It's a true plant medicine, one that nourishes the body, calms the mind, and opens the heart.Cacao offers a wide range of therapeutic properties. Physically, it supports cardiovascular and cognitive health, helps regulate mood, and is rich in antioxidants that protect the body from oxidative stress and inflammation. It crosses the blood-brain barrier, making it especially supportive for those dealing with anxiety or emotional overwhelm. Cacao is recognised as a super-food, with the potential to stimulate stem cell regeneration. But its greatest gifts lie in the emotional and spiritual realms. Cacao helps us feel more deeply, activating empathy, expanding awareness, and encouraging us to respond to life with greater mindfulness and compassion. In these 1:1 or small group sessions (lasting 2–4 hours), we work with cacao, intention, music, breath-work, meditation, and movement. Together, these practices support deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and the ability to trust your own inner wisdom.
Breath-Work (Pranayama)

There’s nothing more powerful, simple, and accessible for health and longevity than the breath. In these 1:1 or couples sessions, we explore the breath as medicine, using a range of pranayama techniques to expand lung capacity, clear mental chatter, reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and support deep internal cleansing.Set aside 1.5 to 2-hours for this session. We begin with gentle spinal movements to open the back and support longer seated breathing. From there, we move into 30 minutes of focused breath-work.Once we've settled into a state of balance and calm, we share a quiet moment with cacao before lying down for a guided meditation. This is a beautiful, grounding session, ideal for inner reset, emotional clarity, and transformation. To book a session or enquire about prices, reach out and connect with email.

My journey with shamanism began in 2005 when I attended an introductory weekend workshop with The Sacred Trust, an experience that changed my life. After years of searching for a spiritual path, I finally felt I’d found ‘the one.’ I immediately enrolled in their year-long Shamanic Practitioner Training, which opened the door to a world of ceremony, ritual, journeying, and deep connection with spirit. In 2015, I was introduced to kambo, a powerful frog secretion from the Amazon. After my first session, I felt transformed: lighter, mentally clear, and deeply cleansed. The experience was so profound that I trained with the IAKP in 2016 and returned two years later to complete my advanced certification. My relationship with cacao began in 2007 during my first trip to Mexico, though it wasn’t until 2020 that I connected with it as a sacred plant medicine. Since then, cacao has become a trusted ally and heart-opening guide that continues to teach and nourish me. Far beyond a beverage, pure organic cacao is a healing force, rich in wisdom and comfort.I offer group ceremonies and private Kambo sessions, holding sacred, respectful space for each person’s unique healing journey. I also facilitate intimate cacao ceremonies, blending the heart-opening properties of cacao with pranayama breath-work and guided meditation to create a transformative experience.Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of clients through their own journeys of healing and growth. My practice is grounded in formal training as a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, yoga and pranayama teacher, biodynamic and Thai massage therapist, facial rejuvenation specialist, and ear acupuncturist.I believe food is the foundation of all plant medicine. It nourishes and repairs the body, nurtures the mind, and supports lasting balance. Your body is your greatest asset. It deserves the very best.
